On Arrival Inspection
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Please note this has to be done within 7 calendar days.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy applies to faulty or damaged products only. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

To start a return, please contact us at bokettofloatpods@gmail.com or call immediately. Returns must be approved prior to sending any items back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Resolution Process

Refunds
After a resolution has been made and a refund or replacement is deemed appropriate, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Weather Damage
We do not accept refunds for items damaged due to weather. Our products are not weatherproof and must be kept indoors or adequately protected from the elements.
